Photographic Stroll through the Opening of The Great Write Inn

Watch this beautiful photographic stroll featuring the guest writers who attended the first Great Write Inn Festival, held in Dunedin 16 - 17 October 2021.
After the official welcome by Festival Director Julia Anne and Mayor of Dunedin Aaron Hawkins, guest writers were invited on a 1 hour tour of a magnficent Edwardian Villa exploring 18 rooms and hundreds of objects to inspire their stories.
Writers were treated to an Edwardian High Tea, served in the Grand Hall of Olveston Historic Home, by manager Jan and her exceptional team.
At the time of this inugurual event, although Dunedin was completely free of Covid-19 in the community, precautions were taken, with social distancing and masks worn, while moving around the building, as per the guidelines by New Zealand's Ministry of Health.
The viewing time of this compliation is 1 minute, 15 seconds. It was compiled by photographer Edith Leigh, with music by Mathew Hollingsworth.
